<p>We had a great February breakfast, A big thanks goes out to <a href="http://digitalpapercuts.blogspot.com/2009/02/using-twitter-to-promote-and-publicize.html">Jeff Cohen</a> for his presentation and everyone who came out to participate. We had a great group full of interesting questions and discussion. Onto this month’s breakfast!</p>
<p><strong>Note About Social Media Breakfast:</strong><br />
<em>For those of you who may not be familiar, <a href="http://www.socialmediabreakfast.com/">Social Media Breakfast</a> was first started in Boston by <a href="http://bryanperson.com/">Bryan Person</a> and has now expanded into others cities including New York and Louisville with local organizers in each city. Social Media Breakfasts give local communities an opportunity to come together once a month and discussion the social media industry</em>.</p>
<p><strong>March Raleigh Social Media Breakfast</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"><strong>When:</strong> March 24th from 7:45 a.m. to 9 a.m.<br />
<strong>Where:</strong></span><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; color: navy; font-size: x-small;"> <span style="color: #000000;"><a href="http://www.ncstatefair.org/facilities/GRAHAM.HTM">Graham Restauran</a><a href="http://www.ncstatefair.org/facilities/GRAHAM.HTM">t</a> at North Carolina State Fair Grounds </span></span><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"> located at: 1025 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raleigh </span><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Graham Restaurant is inside the Graham Building next to Dorton Arena, and that parking will be available inside the fairgrounds as well as along the road. </span></span><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">The <a href="http://www.ncstatefair.org/facilities/GRAHAM.HTM" target="_blank"><strong><strong><span style="font-family: Arial; color: #333333;"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: #333333;">Jim Graham Building</span></span></strong></strong></a> is adjacent to Hillsborough Street, and is best accessed through Gate 2 from Hillsborough Street, Gates 4 or 5 from Youth Center Road, or Gate 9 from Trinity Road.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"><em>Note: plenty of parking is available in the lots in front of the building.</em><br />
<strong>Who Should Attend?:</strong> </span> <span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: x-small;">Anyone that is interesting in learning more about social media and discussing its impacts across all industries. The event is open to everyone and free to attend. </span><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">An la carte breakfast will be available to purchase from the Murphy House. </span></span><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;"></span><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"><br />
<strong>Speakers:</strong> The March Breakfast will feature several speakers including the NC State Fair communications team that will discuss how they have and plan to use social media to communicate with fair attendees. Additional speakers will be announced soon</span></p>
